We produce walls in-house of thicknesses 50mm (standard), 60mm (plus), 80 to 100mm (winter extreme), constructed using the following layers:

1. GFK/GRP (strengthened)
2. Outer wooden layer 3-5mm (optional)
3. Styrofoam (thickness dependent on overall wall thickness required)
4. Inner Wooden layer 3mm
5. Either GFK/GRP or Vinyl breathable 'lining'

Walls are additionally strengthened within the walls with solid wood battens, where additional strengthening is required (roof, internal components and walls attached), in addition to metal plates being bolted/glued to the walls for higher strength attachment points (sand-ladders, Sky awning etc.)
