We will build a 'Wohnkabine' (living box) to fit your provided truck. We can build it onto the existing rear frame, or also provide the metal support frame which the GFK/GRP Wohnkabine is bolted to, and in-turn this frame is bolted to the truck chassis - if  the truck has a torsionally flexible chassis such as  a MAN, Unimog or Steyr, then the frame will be attached with a 3 or 4 point linkage (OR using an 8 spring-bolt connected arrangement - customer choice).

We can build a box according to your required size, although typically customers choose between 3.7m (for Unimog) and 8m (for 3 or 4 axle trucks) long box, width between 2 and 2.5m, and heights up to 2.3m. We can also provide variations to the standard box format, such as; opening roofs (pop-up & hinged), square, angled or curved front/rears etc. 

We construct the walls in our own workshop, and therefore can vary the thickness and proportion of insulation/wood - our 'standard thickness' of wall is 50mm (40mm insulation, with common increases available to 60, 80 or even 100mm. Standard filling is XP (PU insulation available as an option, or even a combination)
